LEGAL UPDATE

Fox Poker Club aims to build a chain of licensed Poker Clubs in the UK. UK law means that we needed a Casino Licence limited to operating games of equal chance, such a licence will allow us to operate a full range of tournaments and other cash events. To make this happen Fox Poker Club has spent the last 4 years going through the process of obtaining licenses for dedicated poker clubs in various locations around the UK.

Fox Poker Club initially identified three locations for its proposed clubs: London's Piccadilly/Mayfair, Birmingham and Bournemouth. Having obtained certificates of consent from the Gambling Commission and planning permission on all three units, applications were made in late 2007 for licenses to operate the clubs. The London hearing was successful in late March 2008 and we are now awaiting the courts decision for both Bournemouth and Birmingham which should be finalised by the end of November 2008. Once we have a resolution on all three licenses we will make announcement about which club will open first. We anticipate the first Fox Poker Club will open its doors in 2009.

Fox Poker Club aims to open clubs that are dedicated to poker and where the members have a large say in how the club runs; our clubs will be poker clubs not casinos.
